A. Yes, we do require renter’s liability insurance. This is offered for $10.95 a month or you can enroll with your own provider. Please contact our office for more information.

A. We do! If you don’t have a roommate in mind, we offer this program for free. On your application, you will fill out a questionnaire to help our team match you with the best roommate we can find.

A. Rent includes Wi-Fi, parking, and access to all our community amenities. Power and water expenses will be split among your roommates and charged to your Resident Portal account each month. Utility prices may vary depending on usage.

A. We are a pet-friendly community that welcomes both cats and dogs with a one-time pet fee of $300 per pet and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet, with a maximum of one pet per resident. We do have breed restrictions which include Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-Hybrids, Mastiffs, Chow Chows, German Shepherds, and any mixes of these breeds. If you have questions about whether your furry friend qualifies or want to learn more about our pet amenities, contact our leasing office for complete pet policy details and to ensure your four-legged companion can join you at The Social Seminole.

A. To submit a work order, please visit our website or download our app to log in to your Resident Portal. If you have a maintenance emergency, please call the office immediately.

A. Our leases are individual leases, which means you are only financially responsible for your space. If your roommate transfers schools, you will not be responsible for their portion of the rent payment.
